This house was perfect for the two of us and our dogs! The house was so close to everything Charleston. The neighbors were friendly and the workers never bothered us or got in our way. We will definitely be going back! The condo was awesome!! Right on the beach where it wasn't very crowded even with the holiday! It's a great location and close to florabama for the younger crowd. The rooms was super clean and had plenty of room. I would recommend this place to anyone with kids or just adults.

Me and my family traveled 18 hours to visit my son for Thanksgiving. As a first time VRBO user, I was worried This place is in a beautiful, nice neighborhood with a gorgeous view. The inside is beautiful, very clean and welcoming. Manager, Ellen, is very attentive to our needs, responds quickly and was very kind. 5 stars here...and I'll definitely be back!

Excellent condo to stay in and Chris and Holly made the transition in and out very easy. Only one flight of stairs to the Condo -- well appointed with every kitchen appliance, pot, pan you could ask for. Excellent bedding and a great layout with two full size bunk beds in the second bedroom. To get to the slopes it is simply like walking across a regular street. Hard to get any closer! Would strongly recommend anyone interested in Telluride/Mountain Village consider this unit and the services of itrip! We will make this unit our #1 choice on our next trip to Telluride/Mountain Village!

I took my mother and daughter on a little girls trip. The Strand is small but a very cozy little home. They had the house very well stocked with stuff you would need.

This home is exactly as the photos describe! The home is immaculate with brand new appliances and kitchen items. Toiletries were left in each bathroom (the kind hotels used to give you) and there were plenty of towels for the amount of people staying. Plus, the beach is a short walk down the dead end street! My family would definitely stay in this home again!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this property! All the comforts of home and then some. Close to the beach and the pool is very enjoyable in the afternoon and/or evenings. No complaints at all. Hoping to return year after year.

The condo was very clean upon arrival. It was well stocked with "starter" items. The keypad entry is convenient, not having to handle a key. The elevator was a bonus as I had double knee replacement recently. I could go on and on as to how wonderful it was. The best part was that we were able to rent for a 4 day weekend following Memorial Day. We all voted that we would return at some time in the future.

This place is excellent. The two balconies are great and allow you to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. It's right on the beach and close to local shopping and dining.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family! I was hesitant not staying directly on the beach but it was such a short walk across the street we didnt mind at all. We loved the decor and overall feel of this condo and would recommend to anyone. The only thing we noticed was that many of the outlets didnt seem to work. Not really a complaint, just wanted to note so somebody could check into that. Thanks for an amazing stay. We hope to be back!

We had an amazing time in Sanibel. The condo was perfect and I loved having a washer/dryer and full kitchen. While we did not cook much everything we needed was provided. The closet in the bedroom has all the beach needs including chairs, buckets and nets for shelling. Would definitely stay again.

Moon River is a lovely home for a romantic getaway or small family adventure. Via car it is just minutes away from old town and 101. The home is located on the Siuslaw River so it has a great view. The house has all the amenities you need and is cozy and very clean.

The house is very clean, easy to access and the layout is great. We prefer to cook our own meals and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed: all the pans, utensils and dishes were crystal clean when we arrived and ready to use. There was no dust around the house. We are already talking about coming back. We highly recommend this home.

We just got home from our trip to Maui. The royal Kahana Resort was nothing short of perfect! The unit was clean and very spacious, we were traveling with 6 people ( in clouding my 83 year old grandmother.) and never felt cramped in the condo. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows, we have stayed in other vacation rentals in other locations and never had such comfortable beds. Our only complaint came from my adult kids that shared the pull out sofa, they said that was not so comfy. But they slept ok and still enjoyed our vacation. The washer and dryer were a huge bonus, we didn’t think we would use them much, but we came home with zero dirty clothes!!! The unit does not have a beach, but just 2 resorts down has access to the beach and a pool side bar. The pool was very comfortable and never over crowded. Our unit was at the end of the building and based on the pictures I thought wouldn’t have a very good ocean view, but we were presently surprised at the view from up there and the back bedroom had a beautiful Mountain View where we could watch the sunrise and a few times caught a view of a rainbow from the rain on the peak. My grandmother loved sitting on the lani watching the ocean. The unit was well equipped with kitchen essentials and plenty of towels. STAY HERE, you will be so happy that you did!!!

This 1 BR condo is in good condition and has a great ocean view from the 3rd floor balcony. The condo itself was well maintained and clean when we arrived. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped, better than most we've experienced. The dishwasher needs some work but I expect the management company will take care of this as it has been brought to their attention. The Edgewater beach area is well maintained and has a nice pool and hot tub, although the hot tub is hard to get into as it is very popular. The hot tub is directly below the balcony, so don't expect quiet nights, but it didn't bother us. There is also a restaurant/bar and snack bar next to the tower so you don't have to go far to get ice cream or a cold drink. The property management team was very friendly and responsive, one of the better ones we've experienced. We would definitely consider renting this condo if decide to come back to this area.

My sweet parents bless us with a week's stay at Balboa each summer, and we always look forward to our family's annual tradition. We've stayed at a variety of beautiful homes on Balboa over the years, but we've never vacationed at a home as wonderful as 1106 Park Avenue!! I almost don't want to share all the fabulous details, for fear of it being booked non-stop, without a way to reserve it for ourselves -- but, I'll put my selfishness aside, and I'll share anyway. ;) ____The house is perfectly situated on the island, as it's one block from Marine Avenue (where all the restaurants and shops are located), and it's also one block from the bay. We loved being able to park inside the gate on the property -- it completely takes the stress away, as we usually have to fight for a parking spot on the street, and we also have to keep moving the car throughout the week due to the street sweepers. Not with this home! Your car is safely tucked away within the gate, and it makes loading and unloading things so easy, too. The courtyard in front of the home is just darling. It's all so well-maintained, and we loved the beautiful landscaping, the various tables and chairs, and the large BBQ. You can't beat the darling Dutch door as you enter the house via keypad!! The ventilation throughout the home is quite remarkable, as all the windows open easily and completely. The layout of the home is fantastic, and the living room couches are extremely comfortable. We appreciate how light and bright all the rooms are, and can I just mention the awesome sea breeze throughout the house again?? Who wouldn't want to cook in the kitchen with the windows open?? Speaking of the kitchen, I've never seen such a well-stocked kitchen before. I usually bring my own pots, pans, and knives with me to rentals, just in case, but I honestly didn't need them here! It is outfitted with all the kitchenware and appliances we could ever dream of having. There is plenty of counter space, too, and it's lovely to have the washer and dryer right there in the house. There's a large closet downstairs, as well as closets in both bedrooms, and there's a separate closet area upstairs in the hallway. The bathroom has ample room, and the shower is very spacious with good water flow. Our kiddos loved their quaint bedroom, especially once they found the wooden ladder under the bunk bed. ;) ____My parents came to visit one day during our vacation, and they both agreed that this was the best Balboa rental yet. In fact, they loved it so much, that now my dad is seriously considering a full-time move to the island!! He really loved the privacy of the fenced-in courtyard, and he appreciated the beautiful architecture of the home. You should have heard us all ooh-ing and ahh-ing over the house the entire time we were there! ____Scott is absolutely fantastic from the start -- he responds quickly and thoroughly, and he really works hard to make sure your stay is the best it can be! I really appreciate his generosity and all the sweet little touches he provides for his guests -- from the handwritten welcome/thank you note, to the cookies wine, to the complimentary adventures and activities he provides with your stay (the whale watching is so amazing!!). Well done, Scott, and thank you very much for giving our family our best Balboa Island experience yet!! We so appreciate your providing us with our dream vacation, and we cannot wait to come back!

We had a great stay at 306-S, Sunset Vistas. The unit was very clean, updated and had a great view of the ocean. The property is really nice with a beautiful beach and pool. For an extra bonus they have a cute cafe, and fun pool bar!!

This property was lovely to make a home base out of during our Vail ski weekend. The hot tub out front was definitely a favorite and the rooms were all spacious, clean, and warm - perfect after a long day of activities. At one point we sadly did lose heat and hot water but they were super willing to move us to a different property. Thankfully it came back quickly and was fixed.

This place was absolutely perfect for our friends trip to aspen/Snowmass. The Woodbridge unit is so close to the slopes you can walk to the base lift and it is easily accessible to restaurants and shops. Kim and Kim were fast to respond and super helpful. Will definitely be back.

Stoneridge #11 worked very well for our bike trip to Whistler. It is a great location for either skiing or biking. The unit was well stocked, good size for our group of 3, and allowed our dog. The outside lights did not work because the bulbs were burned out and the smaller bedroom sliding door needs some work to slide properly. The deck was great for our dog and the bikes but we weren't able to attach our hose due to the design of the deck.

We stayed at the property for 3nights. We had everything what we possibly need , rooms are decorated very nicely , comfortable beds ,very clean , kitchen has all you need , TVs in every room , walkable to all historic places you want to visit , good restaurants few steps away , apartment has small balcony and big rooftop with table and chairs . Easy communications via texts , found free coupons for some ice cream places , really appreciate it . Would definitely recommend this place . Thank you

Every year we take a family vacation over Thanksgiving break but this year will definitely be a memorable one!! Golden mile beach retreat was perfect for our family. We are very particular where we stay we like things clean and neat with alot of space and things to do. This house exceeded all our expectations the backyard was beautiful sitting by the fire on the cold nights. We had a great day at the beach only a few feet away from the house. Close drive to downtown we can't wait to come visit again. Perfect trip 10/10 ❤ thanks for having us!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beach Walk 101. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Great condo, great balcony. We didn't use the pool but it will be nice to have that option in the summer. The best part of all was the close proximity to the beautiful beach. It was the perfect place for us and we will definitely come back!

This house was truly amazing, inside and out. The location can't be beat; it's beachfront location with full west-facing windows means that when the classic Oregon Coast rain rolls in, you can still enjoy your time at the beach from a cozy chair. When the sun comes out, everyone headed out to the deck to enjoy the roar of the waves, or down to the beach to play in the sand and waves, or just walk down to the tide pools at the end of the beach. Inside, gas fireplaces kept us cozy. The iTrip staff were extremely easy to communicate with, extremely friendly, and went the extra mile to check in and make sure everything was smooth. The house was stocked by someone who really understands comfort- extra blankets, beds, kitchen equipment...all very impressive. Made it really feel like a vacation, which means a lot to the one who does all the planning and still wants it to feel like a break! Seriously, the master bathroom was the definition of luxury. I won't hesitate to rent this house again, or use iTrip again. Very impressed with this management company.

Great location in Western Maui, just up the road from the historic Lahaina area. Close to beaches, shops, historic areas, and restaurants -- everything was right along the main road. The condo provided beach towels and regular towels, items for the beach (boogie boards, a couple chairs, etc.) as well as a few basics for cleaning and bathing (dish soap, one roll of paper towels, shampoo, etc.) Made everything very easy! The internet was out when we arrived, but we called the office and they sent someone over to fix it as soon as they could. Very helpful customer service. They can also make the twin beds into a king bed upon request, which was great for us as we were two adults traveling rather than a family. The master bathroom has been renovated and is really nice. The only thing to note is that there was only AC in the master bedroom, so you have to flip a coin for who will get that room -- but the other room was really fine with an extra fan (which was provided). Overall was a great stay!

We came up to Surfside for a quick beach trip. The house was even more than I expected. Literally steps away from the surf! Everything was very clean and the home was furnished so beautifully. We are thinking to come back in October!

It's in a perfect location, so accommodating to have hot tub, tub for long hiking days, parking pass, hiking sticks for the trailheads, plenty of room, comfy beds, and gorgeous view! Perfect location! We really enjoyed our time here. Beach access was great and everything about the unit was pleasant. One of the main things we wanted to do was fishing and the rocks by the beach made fishing a dream. This was our fist time here in Sarasota so we will for sure be back. I would highly recommend you guys to anyone looking to stay here in Sarasota. Thank you again. We will see you guys next time!

This is a perfect place to stay for skiing or snowboarding in Breckenridge! The lift is only about 100 yards away to go up to peak 8 and you can ski right up to the back door off of the four O clock run. The place has all the amenities you could need and has a nicely stocked kitchen. There is plenty of room for four people to stay comfortably. The hot tubs are also right outside the back door for relaxing after a hard day on the slopes. Town is within walking distance, but it is a steady yet gradual climb to get back to the condo from town.

Stayed here for a week with our 3 sons, ages 25, 23 and 20. The location for skiing is perfect. Easy walk to lifts and Snow Park Lodge. The condo is comfortable and clean. Used kitchen extensively and had everything we needed. Fireplace was beautiful and it was wonderful having a private hot tub to use after a day of skiing. Parking garage was a huge bonus. Short drive to eat and shop in Park City. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic experience with this booking before AND during the trip. The managers were extremely communicative and accommodating before our stay, and I felt assured that every detail was taken care of — which was very important for me while organizing a trip for a dozen friends. Then, we also LOVED the house itself, which was the cleanest rental house I’ve ever stayed in. It was beautiful, had everything we needed, and was clearly taken care of by people who care. They provided everything we needed — even the kitchen was well stocked for any cooking we had to do, which is a rarity in rental homes! Our excellent experience with the house helped make my birthday weekend a true 10/10! I can’t wait to book from y’all again!

We had a fabulous stay at Sunset Park Place. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable. There were lots of fun toys for the kids and having the park across the street and outdoor chairs for the porch to watch them play was perfect! We also saw a bald eagle while sitting on the porch. What a delight! We enjoyed walking to the beach and seeing the sunsets. It was a short drive up to Astoria for all the fun activities there, too. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at this beautiful oceanfront condo! We especially loved the corner unit with extra views of the ocean, and spent alot of our time on the porch! The location was great, the condo was clean and perfect size for us. The TV's were big and easy to operate as well as the appliances. Beach access was great, and the pool was also enjoyable. The only problem we had was the struggle with the wifi being spotty all week, even after resetting the modem. We were totally informed during the entire process of renting and would highly recommend this beautiful condo!! If we come back to Carolina Beach again, we will definitely rent it again.

I went back and forth about a 4 or 5 star on this condo, but went ahead and opted for a 5 star. There were only a few things that could be fixed to ensure that future guest wouldn't hesitate to give it a 5 star. 1st - the shower head needs replaced / 2nd - cable box in the bedroom didn't work, but I really only tried watching TV the first night - 3rd -the bed is to hard and needs to be replaced with a softer bed or put a foam mattress topper on it. That was really all I had a problem with. The place is beautiful and you can't beat the location. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone that wan't a great little get-a-way.

My family had the best time in Charleston and it was only made better with this place to stay. The accommodations were welcoming and clean. We spent most of our time on the screened in balcony looking out at the tide coming in and out. When it was out you could watch the birds collect their fill of yummy food. Such an amazing place. One just little bit of knowledge the smoke detector in the kitchen is sensitive. So make sure to be prepared if you turn on the toaster. Otherwise everything was absolutely perfect. Oh and the walk to Folly is an easy one so make sure to go get some yummy food!!!!

Our family recently enjoyed a fantastic 9-day stay at Townhouse 24 in Steamboat Springs, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home, thanks to the comfortable accommodations and thoughtful amenities. The location of Townhouse 24 is absolutely ideal. Nestled in a serene neighborhood, it provided a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to all the attractions Steamboat Springs has to offer. We were just a short drive away from the ski slopes and local shops, making it easy to explore and enjoy everything the area has to offer. The townhouse itself was incredibly comfortable and well-appointed. The spacious layout was perfect for our family, and our 6-year-old son had plenty of room to play and relax. We appreciated the modern furnishings and cozy atmosphere, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare meals with ease, and the bedrooms were comfortable and inviting. Our stay at the beach cottage was wonderful! There were two families and a total of 4 kids and the space was perfect! The walk to the beach was 2 minutes and easy enough for kids to go back and forth. The house itself was lovely, well-stocked kitchen, a back porch with a grill, and a fabulous front porch swing. We loved it! We spent several hours standing around the kitchen island enjoying our friends and the kids alike. The large dining room table allowed for everyone to easily be together too. Having the large kitchen fridge and wine fridge was super helpful. Available beach towels made laundry cycles easier too. All of these types of thoughtful touches made for a great trip! We did not want to leave and already talk about wanting to be back (staying at the beach cottage for another trip).

We spent several days at the coast for a family reunion and enjoyed the two homes on this property immensely. Both kids and adults loved the paddle boards and kayaks with lots of time spent playing in the lake. We loved having the lake to ourselves - our time at the ocean was cut short as everyone preferred the lake! The house is well appointed, and I appreciated the frequent check-ins with opportunity to communicate with iTrip employees via text, email or phone. They were very responsive in fixing a bed frame that was not secure during our visit. ____One of our teenagers has already asked if she can have a graduation party here in 4 years! I think we'll be back!

The condo was beautiful and roomy, the pool was nice and convenient and of course the ocean views were perfect. The large balcony was great for stashing all of the kids' beach and pool toys. My only complaint, which is no one's fault, is the parking situation. You have to park 2 and 3 deep, 1 day we needed to get out and the people parked behind us wouldn't answer their phone or door so we couldn't get out. Thankfully the boardwalk is an easy walk so we were able to go to dinner, just not at the place we originally planned.

None of us stayed in this beautiful home that I overlooked Willamette. For being as large as it is it’s still seemed cozy and comfortable and we enjoyed every minute entertaining in the home as well as visiting several vineyards. But the very nicest part was the incredibly quick service from the management group regarding a piece of luggage my husband and I accidentally left behind. There are so many places to take photos in the front, in the back, and throughout the home, that we set down a carry-on and never picked it back up as we were leaving. Within a few hours, this company had shipped it back to us in Houston. Unbelievably great customer service. What could’ve been a very maddening ending to a glorious trip turned out AOK as well. Highly recommend!

This is a very nice, comfortable and warm house. The gas fireplace connected to the thermostat was great. On a cold weekend, we enjoyed sitting by the fire. The house itself was very clean and well supplied. There are lots of stairs, but overall was great for our weekend.

We are sad to leave today! We had a wonderful time at Kiawah Island and the Sea la Vie was a great place to stay. The check in and check out process was simple. The rental was a top notch place, very clean with all the comforts. Everything worked, the location was easy to find and the host was attentive. All 3 nights unfortunately had 6 men in the above unit and from 10pm to 4am, all three nights, it sounded like they were moving furniture. So loud, that the last night we didn't get sleep until 2am in the morning. It was ridiculous! That element made the weekend hard to enjoy.

Perfect location. Direct access to the beach. We like to visit the Everglades and several nature parks in Naples and it was an easy drive to both areas as well as close to all of the Naples restaurants that we like. Condo had all of the essentials in the kitchen and living areas. Nice porches to eat breakfast and dinner. Was just 3 weeks after the Hurricane but they had done a great job in getting things back to normal. Management was very responsive to any questions that we had.

The home worked out well for 10 family members on vacation. We rented a car but also took advantage of the free buses. It’s a quick ride to Main Street and PCMR. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the hot tub! We enjoyed our stay in the home.

This condo was amazing! The condo was furnished beautifully and had everything we could need or want. We enjoyed fishing off the pier which we caught tons of fish which we ate and froze and took home. I enjoyed the pools. We also loved that we got to see tons of dolphins swimming by almost daily. Our only problem was the 3 flights we had to go up especially when it was pouring down rain. Also, we were without water for two days while they worked on the water main. We would go back again and would recommend the condo to our friends.

3bdrm/3ba, nicely appointed, comfortable. Grands (6, 8 & 11) all feel at home. Had a lunch in the Sunset Grill Saturday with extended family. Nice good and okay service. The afternoon on the beach was nice. Monday we had a long, leisurely lunch in the outside deck at Hooks. Our server was awesome, attentive, friendly and the good was quite good. Nice time spent at the pool after. Enjoying our stay. Booking was easy, quick, and requested changes made without a hassle. Cleaning group checked in, fixed light bulb burnt out and were very helpful.

Absolutely the best stay! The host was available anytime. We stayed with our kids and grandkids and in-laws. It was the perfect space, great location, and we were snowed in an extra day. There was no issue booking an extra night. The grandkids stayed entertained with the game room. All beds were comfy, and the house was stocked with all the kitchen tools we needed for our Thanksgiving dinner.

This is a very nice property on the Palmer Course at PGA West. We loved seeing the bighorn sheep on our walks! The house is ideal for two, but has 2 bedrooms and two baths. Kitchen is well supplied, AC works well! The property manager Rozet was easy to communicate with. We were able to get early arrival which was great. No complaints!

My husband and I stayed at the condo at Saddlebrook. It has been beautifully remodeled and was a very comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are plenty of extra towels/blankets for comfort. Kim was extremely pleasant to work with as well as quick to respond. Was a great stay! The description of property was spot on. Very uncommon and unique. Well thought and detailed floor plan. A fantastic space to relax and unwind in quiet neighborhood close to many great restaurants. Located close to st rt 55 for a scenic drive to McCall. Awesome, secluded yard with many interesting plants and trees as well as fire pit, grill and patio. Loved it!

Was in Gilbert AZ for baseball tourney and had a great stay at the property for 4 days. Everything was clean and it was perfect house to stay at based on our location to the fields. Nice pool which came in handy since it was 110+ every day. Management company handled the freezer issue and supplied us with ice in the interim while the minor freezer issue was fixed. Big spacious rooms, large kitchen and plenty of space for everyone to relax. Nice quiet neighborhood as well. Would definitely stay here again. Megan, the manager was super responsive as well.

Our family had a phenomenal vacation from 3-6 September 2021 in Gulf Shores. The Accommodations were absolutely 5 stars. PROBABLY the best accommodations that I have ever experienced in my 62 years of living. No complaints. My only issue was not being able to pay my final payment on my terms. I wanted to pay earlier than I did inorder to avoid such high payments during the time that I did not want it on my credit card. Recommend adding a partial payment option for multiple smaller payments to avoid the larger one time payments. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We had a great beach vaca while at this property. The walk to the beach was easy and close by. We really enjoyed the location near an old pier with lots of pelicans feeding, dolphins swimming and lots of things for our kids to catch in the sand! It was very nice coming back from the beach, rinsing off and enjoying time in the private pool.. The home is nice and everything was as expected. The iTrip staff were great to work with and quick to respond to our requests.

Really enjoyed staying at this condo. Everything was in excellent condition. The ocean views off the patio were really nice and very relaxing. Also on the shaded side of the complex so its not too bright or hot. We had never been to Maui and just by luck, this condo was in one of the best locations on the island. A bit north of the busy part of the city. Would and probably will stay here again.

The 1401 Colonnades was a great stay! We had 8 ladies and a baby - and felt comfortable! There were 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large and spacious balcony, and a nice large kitchen. The condo had everything we needed to survive the week at the beach, and we were so grateful we chose the condo. It is easy to get to the beach, and the property is nice and well maintained. Parking was our only issue - we had too many cars and had to park them down the street away from property. So I suggest sticking to the 2 car limit. They didn’t tow- but the parking attendants will ticket you.

Staying at Now and Zen was a treat! As soon as you settle into this spacious 3BR 2 1/2 Bath rental,the tranquil colors and calming vibe melts the stresses of the day off right away. There is a full kitchen with more than everything you would need, a big screen tv in the living room with plenty of seating for a movie night and a super comfortable Cali King bed and tv in the Master bedroom. After a good nights rest, you can take a very short walk to the beach to enjoy the sunrises, which are magical, then walk north to the Carolina Beach boardwalk for breakfast and shopping. You may also choose to walk south to the Kure Beach shops and eateries. The best of both worlds!

Great house right near the lake. House is beautiful. Well stocked, clean, spacious enough to accommodate 10 adults easily with plenty of privacy. Bedrooms were nice and beds were comfy. The lake was good fun for fishing and canoeing. Wonderful stay! Thank you

This is a beautiful condo! We parked right in front and walked in the front door to lake views visible all the way through the house. We watched storms and fireworks compete for center stage from the sun room. The rooms are beautifully appointed with all amenities except a toaster in the kitchen. We wished we could have stayed longer and will certainly keep this place in mind for future visits.

This house is truly AMAZING. My husband and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary with 6 of our friends here. It was more than we imagined it to be. The house is perfect for couples or large groups. Very well equipped with everything you need especially JB! JB mange’s the property and he is the best. He was so helpful and very knowledgeable of things around. He really is the best at his job! One thing not listed on the site is that the house has beach towels and that was a plus! Those things can weigh a lot in luggage when flying! I have nothing negative about this place and plan to book again soon!! Thank you JB for everything, your new MS friends really enjoyed it!

Well worth what we paid. Rate was great when we went. The accommodations were great. Beds were comfortable. Great kitchen and supplies. Whole unit was even better than we had hoped for. So, so convenient for boarding and skiing.Very friendly staff throughout resort. Only little downside was the heavy construction going on outside and the lack of amenities inside building. But, would definitely recommend and would like to come back again.

Our stay at Tranquility Base was everything we hoped for. The booking process was easy and the communication was top notch. The home easily accommodated our party of 12 plus a dog and was clean and spacious. The walk to the beach took less than 5 minutes. The beach itself was not at all crowded and allowed for a relaxing environment. The kids had ample room to play without fear of getting lost in a crowd. Staying at Tranquility Base made our vacation perfect.

As the description says, this is a "vintage, rustic, old school beachfront cottage". It is set amongst newer styles of beachfront homes. The beach is visible from the cottage, but not right on the water. The open air deck and screened in porch are lovely.

Had a great stay at #315 Maalaea Kai. The view was outstanding and the condo was stocked very well. Loved that we were able to listen to waves 24/7. Sea turtles were awesome. We will surely return. Only downsides was the air conditioner stopped working for 2 days. But did get fixed. And we had a slight ant problem.....

We stayed here with our family and found the home to be spacious and comfortable. The location is incredible! From the moment you walk in the door, the stunning beach views will impress you. The master balcony is huge and was our favorite spot for sunset watching. It was a peaceful stay. The adjacent home was hosting a girl's trip and we were surprised at the amount of privacy and tranquility we had, even with the fun group next door! The walk to the beach is short and so enchanting. Right at the end of the private party was a sea turtle nest that hatched during our stay! It was a magical moment we will all cherish. Of course the beach is fantastic, but we were surprise how much our group enjoyed the small splash pool! The unit was spotless and every thing worked well. Though, it should be noted there are lots of stairs if you have mobility concerns. We highly recommend staying here!

We stayed at Hipolita St. in St. Augustine last January. The place was spacious clean and very comfortable. It was located in the very center of the city, which we enjoyed immensly. Because of the in-town location, if you are very noise-sensitive, this may not be for you. Otherwise it was a wonderful place to enjoy a lovely historic city.

We had an amazing 4 night stay in this perfectly placed condo , in a great area for food, music and the best part of all…the beach. The beach is a 3 minute walk. We walked to all the best places to eat. Rick’ Reef and Agave were amazing and so close . The studio condo is perfect for two and has all the amenities needed. Publix delivered within a few hours through Instacart. Planning our next get away to the same condo!!

Great Experience! Beautiful views from all angles. You feel high up in the Smoky Mtns. It was a perfect place to host a small rehearsal dinner because we could utilize the large rap-around deck and the open floor plan. Cabin gets a lot of natural light which makes you feel like you are in the trees!

We really enjoy the location of Salt lick condos. This unit was perfect for our family. Ground floor made it easy for loading/unloading and fantastic access to the open space for snowshoes. Definitely bring snow shoes in winter. Its amazing. Well stocked, warm, and comfortable.

This was our second time staying at this property as our kids asked to go back. The house is clean and spacious with all the necessary items for family vacationers. The location is in a safe neighborhood that has quick access to the main roadways in the area. We loved the heated pool and lanai. The management team was very responsive to questions. If we come back to the area next year we will check to see if this property is available.

This place is absolutely perfect! It is tucked away on a quiet street, yet super close to everything! We rode the beach cruiser bikes to lunch almost everyday! It is so close to all the great 30a restaurants and shops, not to mention the cute "Donut Hole" place just down the street for the best donuts ever! The house is super clean and so beautifully decorated. It also has a great floor plan with very large rooms. Each of the four couples in our group was able to have their room with a bathroom and there was even a half bath by the family area. Everyone loved it! The layout is perfect for some alone time yet has a great gathering area. The beach closest to the house was so easy to access with plenty of parking. We spent time at several beaches along 30a and found Inlet Beach to be one of our favorites. Thank you for allowing us to create wonderful memories in your beautiful beach house!!!

We stayed here June 24-27, 2021. Great location just outside of the main strip. We didn't do any of the activities nearby (Mt. Werner's roller coaster or ski lifts), but this was a great getaway after days of adventuring. We hiked, enjoyed the hot springs, and visited the beautiful town of Steamboat Springs. The place was clean, had adequate fans for air circulation (no A/C which is common here), easy to find, and all the amenities we needed. It was a little strange that there were no bowls, but we improvised with coffee mugs for an evening bowl of ice cream. Ice maker in the refrigerator worked well. We saw a bull moose and a young bear on the side of the road while driving to/from the condo. Would definitely recommend!

Property was situated in a great spot, just for enough outside of town for a view but close enough to get anywhere downtown in minutes. Private back yard was worth the price of admission alone for our dog. Staff was always super responsive and offering their availability if we needed anything, would book again!

Easy access to everything! Park your car for the length of your stay. The beach is right across the street with a walk over. Walk to all kinds of shopping and entertainment. Excellent local restaurants and bars. Very, very clean and well equipped. Comfortable and relaxed. Great outdoor area looking at ocean to enjoy the ocean breezes. This is THE premier location in Flagler Beach!

Great house! The house was very well equipped and we loved being able to walk everywhere. Our son plays tennis at USNA and we had parents, sisters, and brother in laws in town to watch a match and show them around Annapolis. So fun!

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was great, especially for my kids. The property manager was quick with responses. The only 2 things we would change are having queen beds instead of full beds in the rooms and a float rope across the pool to show where the shallow side ended.

We were so impressed with the cleanliness of the Tennessee Delight as well as the spacious backyard for our dogs. The owners were gracious to let us bring our additional dog. The fire pit was so much fun to hang out by - we roasted marshmallows and chatted the night away. Wood was plentiful, chairs nice and clean and the sky was lovely. We loved the front porch with seating for 4 of for our morning coffee - which they supplied! The neighbor was also so sweet. She told us all about the native plants in her yard and even shared some of her perrenials - an extra treat - we were so pleased by her generosity and kindness. I can't say enough about the comfort and cleanliness of this location - beds, linens, towels...perfect! We were able to drive to any attraction we wanted to see within 10-15 minutes. This is a must stay spot for us and we hope to go back again next year. Thank you!

Everything was great on Beach Side Drive. Very clean and well stocked. View was peaceful. Our children loved the bunk room, firepit for s'mores, seeing a cruise ship go by, and watching the sunset over the water as a family. My kids, husband, dog and I had a very relaxing stay at Let's Do Sunset. The rental included everything we needed and we really enjoyed the screened in porch overlooking the lagoon, where we would count and keep track of the alligators sunbathing each morning. The owners helped us to rent bicycles, which were delivered promptly and which my 14 and 10 year old greatly enjoyed. The path along to the beach is lovely and well-maintained and of course, the beach at Kiawah is beautiful. Fresh Fields shopping center being a few minutes' drive away was helpful for us in grocery shopping and entertainment - we got Ben & Jerry's ice cream and we ate at Cantina 76 - where we brought our dog Charlotte and ate outdoors. It was so nice to come "home" to the rental afterwards and unwind with tv & a glass of wine. Kids had plenty of space, as did we.

The Tin Shed Revival is a perfect little retreat spot. Near the beach and a grocery store, also just over the Usina Bridge and St. Augustine. One of my favorite things, though, is the little private garden around the screened porch. Palms, palmettos, and twisty oaks tower above you. Also, when you're lying in bed, the view continues with two surfboards in the rafters. A tranquil, beautiful spot.

If you like sunsets and comfort, this is the place to be in January and February for those of us who live above the Mason-Dixon Line. Spacious unit with leather chairs, couches and loveseats. This is the LIFE, as they say. Balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Sunset from the couch, sunsets from the balcony and sunsets from Siesta Key beach right below our balcony. Walk on the beach in the morning, walking on the beach in the afternoon. You won't be alone because lots of good folks come to this exact spot to walk this exact beach.

This condo was perfect. We slept in the master bedroom and the bed was comfortable. We literally had EVERYTHING we needed from flashlights, flamethrowers, plates, clean bbq grill, and wonderful golf carts. The linens were nice and the bathrooms were well stocked with shampoo, body wash, and lotion. We would definitely stay here again.

Itrip was wonderful and helping us find a place for our family vacation. We booked a place before hurricane Helene and needed to find another one because of damage to our initial rental. They were very flexible and responsive while trying to change our spot. We especially appreciated the Pickleball courts at Siesta Bayside condos. We used those and the gym every day.

The view of the beach from the master bedroom and living area was picture perfect :) We encountered mostly cool weather the whole week. It rained and was cool one day, so our movements were limited, but the games that were provided, kept the fun going :) Hopefully we'll be able to visit again next summer.

We were in town for a baseball tournament at The Shipyard, the location was great and an easy drive over to the park. With 6 adults, 1 child and small pup, we were comfortable and enjoyed the space. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms were very clean. It was even nice having the washer and dryer to wash towels after our one day at the beach. My son loved having the pool table in the evenings and the adults enjoyed the relaxing front porch. I would highly recommend Celtic Green and hope we have the opportunity to visit again.

What can I say?! This beautiful space was everything we expected and MORE. The house looks just like the pictures and the views are better than we anticipated. Wonderful space for a quiet family gathering.

Everything we needed was provided in our VRBO at Rockaway Beach and we enjoyed our 3 day stay. The views of the ocean were perfect, the rooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well- supplied. There were. Two concerns that need to be addressed: the dryer on the first floor does not seem to be well-vented. We only used it once after discovering a lot of humidity in the closet when using it. We kept the door open but the venting should be checked. The other issue was with the stove in the kitchen. Two of the gas burners were clogged with grease. We cleaned them but it needs a more thorough cleaning. These issues did not deter our 5 star rating for this property as personnel were quick to address other small issues quickly. We could recommend this property to others.

Our stay at the Maui beach house was just what we needed. After this Covid stuff we needed to get away. I-trip vacations always does such a great job of taking care of everything that we need while on vacation. Leanna Roberts is a wonderful host to deal with. We are always very pleased with her work! We will continue to use I-trip for our vacation plans in the future. Aloha and Mahalo !!

We had a great time at Sea Forever and hope to return again soon! The location was great and close to everything. We enjoyed the beach, riding bikes, the pool, and lots of ice cream at Salty Dog. The condo was clean, beautifully furnished, and had a great view of the water. Definitely would recommend!

This house was exactly as described!!! I give it 5 + stars. Fantastic location, steps away from the beach , through a lovely private path. Cleanliness, and security details and communication on all aspects of the home was great!! It had everything we wanted, from private fire pit(s’mores and hot dog roasting!) , large deck with ocean views. We would book this rental again, we loved it!!

Visited for my son’s wedding weekend in Folly Beach. The home is beautiful, clean & spacious. Amazing backyard view!!! Walking distance to literally everything. Highly recommend!

From the moment we stepped in the door we fell in love with Sunset Canal Cottage. The house is bright, warm and welcoming with lovely nautical decor and happy colors. The kitchen is roomy and easy to cook in and the two living rooms allowed us to spread out to work or read. It was wonderful to have a large bathroom and the tub was very comfortable to soak in. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood but liked that we were close to places for biking and kayaking. The hosts were easy to communicate with and they left some helpful information about the area restaurants and activities. We highly recommend Sunset Canal Cottage and would love to return. We had an amazing stay at Coyote Den! We loved the floor plan and everyone had their own space. This location is perfect between Vail and Beaver Creek. We enjoyed an evening fire and cooking in the kitchen. This kitchen is fully stocked with everything, and I mean everything... there is a slow cooker! The area is beautiful and peaceful. My family exclaimed that the house made them feel like home. Bonus - the communication by I-trip was outstanding. We love that they respond to text messages. Book Now!

After 10 stays in various Sea Pines rentals, we all agreed that this was our favorite! The house is well-appointed and the kitchen is chef-friendly. Great layout for 2 families. Lots of natural light. We enjoyed bike rides, beach walks, and sitting outside watching golfers. Don't think twice, book this house!
